Our customer and tester most time spent on bug reporting and reproducing via mail, call, or Whatsapp etc. Sometime client really get fustration to get status of each bugs and crashed. Also we are discussion about bugs/crash on multiple place like mail, call or Whatsapp; We are not able to trace each bug and missed some of it. That's why we introduced this super quick bug/crash reporting tool for our customer and now we are ready to use all IT company which are facing such problem.
When a bug is reported or an app crashes, ShakeBug automatically sends a notification to the bug tracker of your choice. The ShakeBug dashboard then displays all the bugs and crashes list. Each bugs detail have device specs, operating system versions, build detail, network usage. Developer can work on each bug one by one and make it close so their client can see what is status of bugs on his/her dashboard.
