- Shakebug's entire production database is **encrypted at rest** — all stored data (bug and crash reports, session and user journeys, product events, network logs and attachments) is held in encrypted form, so it stays unreadable if ever exposed.
- Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-compliant); Shakebug does not store card details.
- Shakebug acts as a data processor and honours GDPR data-subject requests through its customers.
